Laurel Anne Oswald

Laurel Anne Oswald is a seasoned expert in skincare education and training with nearly 25 years of experience in the industry. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health & Biology from the University of Richmond and a Master’s in Public Health in Nutrition from UNC-Chapel Hill.

Laurel  Anne began her career formulating supplements and meal replacement options for a direct-to-consumer company before joining Niadyne, Inc. (the original owners of NIA-114 technology) in 2005 as a sales manager, focusing on plastic surgery and dermatology accounts. Her passion for knowledge-sharing quickly led her to transition into Education within her first year.

Over the years, Laurel Anne has played a pivotal role in shaping education and training programs across Niadyne, Inc., StriVectin Operating Company, and now Crown Laboratories. As the Head of Education & Training for Crown’s Consumer Skincare division, she remains dedicated to empowering professionals in the skincare industry with the expertise and tools they need to succeed.
